Quartered ()

A player quarters if he wins one fourth of the pot. This situation happens often in Hi/Lo games like Omaha Hi/Lo, when two players have only Lo hands of equal strength, so that they each get half of the whole pot reserved for the Lo hand. They each get half of the half pot.
